How do I check the prices for the items?

Prices are only available to authorised users with a Login & Password provided by our Administration. Please contact us should you wish to request for quotation.

I made an error in my order, how can I change it?

If you had already paid for the order, please contact our admin via using the CONTACT US page on this website.


If your order has not been paid for and is pending payment (Raised Order) or draft, you can edit the order on the order list when you go to 'My Account'.

How do I track my order status?

You can track your orders in the order list when you go to 'My Account'. It will indicate whether your order has been processed for delivery, partially delivered or completed.

If my received order does not match the order I made, what should I do?

Please inform us via the CONTACT US page and please indicate your Name & Indicator, Email and Order Number and our staff will rectify the problem promptly.

What if I cannot be there to collect the delivery item(s), what can I do?

You can put another contact/receiver name, indicator, email address and telephone number to receive on your behalf. This detail can be edited when you view your order.


NOTE: This field cannot be edited further if the order has already been paid; please go to our CONTACT US page and provide us the details of your name, indicator, email, contact number and Order Number.

Which items are under contract that I can purchase under my company?

Please ask your designated requester/purchaser (P Card Holder) for a login ID and Password to enable you to see all the approved items for purchase. You can also raise orders from this account and your designated Purchaser (P Card Holder) will be able to process it.

How can I make payment for items that I wish to purchase?

All purchases via this website can be made using VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERCIAN EXPRESS credit cards.

How can I get my items delivered outside of Brunei?

Currently we do not delivery items outside of Brunei. However do drop us a message on the CONTACT US page and we will see what we can do to accomodate your request.
